The role in brief…

As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with the team to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

What we need from you…

As Account Manager you’ll oversee campaigns ensuring the work is completed on time and that it ultimately exceeds the clients’ expectations. You’ll have the opportunity to work with amazing clients and internal projects.

  • Liaising with creative and production teams to make sure work is delivered on time and on budget
  • Writing great creative briefs which bring to life the client’s expectations and inspire great work
  • Managing campaign budgets throughout the project
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and liaising with suppliers
  • Assisting during pre-production and on set with our production team

You’ll have…

You’ll have a couple of years’ client services experience and will probably have a proven track record of successful account management in an agency. You’ll probably have some of these attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Previous agency experience operating at a similar level within an integrated or creative agency, overseeing campaigns for key clients
  • Highly developed organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure projects are managed effectively
  • Passion for sport, entertainment, and culture
  • The ability to forge strong relationships
  • A connection to our mission and a feeling you can add significant value in the role you’re applying for
  • Relentless positivity, empathy and self-awareness to contribute to an already strong agency culture
